 工作原理

1.原理說明

儀器分為主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)和(he)輔(fu)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)兩個回(hui)(hui)路(lu),主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)采用(yong)大旋(xuan)鈕調(diao)節,輔(fu)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)采用(yong)小旋(xuan)鈕調(diao)節,主回(hui)(hui)路(lu)通(tong)過(guo)面(mian)板上(shang)(shang)“輸出(chu)(chu)選擇”按鍵開關控制其輸出(chu)(chu)的(de)各種量(liang)(liang),并且(qie)每切換一種輸出(chu)(chu)的(de)同時,儀器上(shang)(shang)的(de)數(shu)字(zi)電(dian)壓(ya)/電(dian)流(liu)表(biao)可自動監視(shi)其輸出(chu)(chu)值。輔(fu)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)通(tong)過(guo)輸出(chu)(chu)開關控制直接調(diao)節輸出(chu)(chu),測量(liang)(liang)可外附萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)測量(liang)(liang)。

1.1主回路原理

輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)的AC220V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)經(jing)保險通過(guo)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出控(kong)制繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)K1進入(ru)(ru)雙(shuang)碳刷調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T1輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)端(duan),通過(guo)T1大旋鈕調(diao)節的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量進入(ru)(ru)隔離變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T2(兼(jian)職升流(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)),升流(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分三個(ge)(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出,一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭為(wei)AC0-250V輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出,額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)3A;該(gai)(gai)抽(chou)(chou)頭輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)經(jing)整流(liu)濾波后(hou)可輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出0-350V直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya);第二個(ge)(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)為(wei)15V(10A),該(gai)(gai)抽(chou)(chou)頭一(yi)(yi)路經(jing)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)控(kong)制輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出0-10A交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),一(yi)(yi)路經(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出0-500mA交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),一(yi)(yi)路經(jing)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)轉換可輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出0-10A或0-500mA直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu);第二個(ge)(ge)(ge)抽(chou)(chou)頭為(wei)10V(100A)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)端(duan),該(gai)(gai)抽(chou)(chou)頭穿過(guo)傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)側直接輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出100A電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),該(gai)(gai)回路帶負載能力較(jiao)強,但(dan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出稍(shao)有過(guo)載,不能長時(shi)間處于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)。

1.2輔回路

與主回路一樣,AC220V電源(yuan)經保險(xian)進入雙碳刷(shua)調(diao)(diao)壓器T1小(xiao)旋(xuan)鈕調(diao)(diao)節(jie)的電壓量,通過隔離變壓器T4可(ke)直接調(diao)(diao)節(jie)輸出0-20V或(huo)(huo)0-250V交流電壓或(huo)(huo)0-350V直流電壓,此回路額定電流為1A。按(an)下輔回路“輸出控制(zhi)”開(kai)關,調(diao)(diao)節(jie)小(xiao)旋(xuan)鈕即可(ke)輸出。

1.3測量回路

    由大旋鈕(niu)調節的主回(hui)路輸(shu)出(chu)量(liang)交流(liu)“0-250V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”、“0-100A”,直流(liu)“0-350V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”通過設備(bei)內(nei)線路板上繼電器轉換(huan),每切換(huan)一個檔(dang),便(bian)函(han)可監視所對應的輸(shu)出(chu)量(liang)。其(qi)中(zhong)“0-500mA”檔(dang)包括在“0-10A”檔(dang)中(zhong)。使用時,在“0-10A”兩下(xia)即(ji)是“0-500mA”監視。

1.4時間測量

    設備內(nei)(nei)置6位數顯秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao),電秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)可內(nei)(nei)部啟(qi)動,也(ye)可外部啟(qi)動。內(nei)(nei)部啟(qi)動時,按下“輸出控制”開關,即(ji)可啟(qi)動秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao),通過接(jie)點短(duan)接(jie)設備面(mian)板上停表(biao)(biao)(biao)端子即(ji)可停止秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)。秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)單(dan)獨設有電源開關,不用時可將秒(miao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)關掉。

使用方法

1.使用前的檢查或準(zhun)備

   儀器(qi)使用前應(ying)(ying)先進行外觀檢查(cha),并將(jiang)三芯電源(yuan)線(xian)接(jie)(jie)地端(duan)可靠接(jie)(jie)地,然后儀器(qi)試(shi)通電,此時兩表(biao)頭應(ying)(ying)為亮態(tai),試(shi)開秒(miao)表(biao)電源(yuan)開關(guan)(guan),秒(miao)表(biao)開關(guan)(guan)應(ying)(ying)正常。用手觸(chu)按(an)“輸出選擇(ze)”按(an)鈕(niu)開關(guan)(guan),輸出狀態(tai)狀態(tai)指(zhi)示燈(deng)應(ying)(ying)自(zi)左向(xiang)右選擇(ze)正常。

2.主回路電壓輸出操作

   將(jiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)狀(zhuang)態選擇在“AC0-250V”檔,按(an)下試驗箱右(you)下角主回路“輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)控制開關”,緩(huan)慢調節調壓器大(da)旋鈕,此時電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表應有(you)“0-250V”交流電(dian)壓顯示(shi)。要輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)“DC0-350V”,將(jiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)狀(zhuang)態選擇在“DC0-350V”檔,調節方(fang)法(fa)同上。

3.主(zhu)回(hui)路電流輸出(chu)操作

   將輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態(tai)選(xuan)擇在“AC0-10A”檔,按下(xia)主回路(lu)“輸(shu)出控制開關(guan)”緩(huan)慢調(diao)節壓器大(da)旋(xuan)鈕,此時,電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表應有“0-10A”電(dian)流顯示,其他電(dian)流調(diao)節類同(tong)此方法(fa)。

4.輔回路輸出操作

   按下(xia)輔回路“輸出控制(zhi)”開(kai)關,緩慢(man)調節小(xiao)旋(xuan)鈕,在(zai)輔回路輸出端子(zi)上即有AC“0-20V”、“0-250V”、DC“0-350V”輸出,此輸出不在(zai)電壓(ya)/電流表監視(shi)。

5.使用方法舉例

5.1電壓繼電器吸合(he)及釋放試驗

   先將儀器處于(yu)準備狀態,被試(shi)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器線圈接至對(dui)應電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)端子上,按下“輸(shu)出(chu)控制”開(kai)關(guan),緩慢調節(jie)大旋鈕,使輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)平穩上升,至繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器吸合(he)時,記(ji)錄吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya),再反方向(xiang)調節(jie)大旋鈕,至繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器釋放,記(ji)錄下釋放電(dian)壓(ya),據此(ci)可算(suan)出(chu)被試(shi)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器返回系(xi)數(shu)。如被試(shi)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器為過電(dian)壓(ya)繼(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)器,則反方向(xiang)進(jin)行。

5.2電(dian)流繼電(dian)器整定(ding)值試驗

   將被試(shi)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)從(cong)線路上解除,接至本儀(yi)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)出端子上,選(xuan)擇(ze)合適的輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流檔(dang),比(bi)如“0-10A”或“0-100A”檔(dang),按(an)下“輸(shu)出控制(zhi)”開關,緩慢調節大旋鈕(niu)至繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)(dong)作,觀(guan)察電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓/電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表數值,判斷(duan)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)(dong)作情(qing)況。

5.3時間繼電器延時時間的(de)測定(ding)

   將被試繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)接至輸出端子上(shang)(根(gen)據繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)要求確(que)定工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓為交流(liu)或(huo)直流(liu)),調至額定動作(zuo)值(zhi),停電(dian)復原(yuan)。秒(miao)(miao)表此(ci)時應接通電(dian)源并清零,被試繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)延(yan)(yan)時動合(he)觸(chu)點接至停表端上(shang),按下“輸出控制”開關,繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)線(xian)圈得(de)到額定工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓,并同(tong)時啟(qi)動秒(miao)(miao)表,待延(yan)(yan)時時間過(guo)后,秒(miao)(miao)表計數停止,此(ci)時秒(miao)(miao)表所(suo)示數字即為該(gai)時間繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的延(yan)(yan)時閉合(he)時間,若要測延(yan)(yan)時釋放時則原(yuan)理同(tong)前,實(shi)際接線(xian)反(fan)之(zhi)。

5.4中間繼(ji)電(dian)器試驗(帶保(bao)持線圈)

  確定(ding)(ding)被試繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)為(wei)何種(zhong)動(dong)作(zuo)形式(shi)(電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)動(dong)作(zuo)),何種(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)形式(shi)(電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)持(chi))。以電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)持(chi)為(wei)例(直流(liu)(liu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)),選擇好(hao)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)輸出檔(0-500mA或(huo)(huo)0-10A),按下“輸出控制”開關(guan),緩慢(man)(man)調節(jie)大旋(xuan)鈕至(zhi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作(zuo),記(ji)下動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),再把輔(fu)回路輸出接至(zhi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)保(bao)持(chi)線圈端,緩慢(man)(man)調節(jie)小(xiao)旋(xuan)鈕至(zhi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)額定(ding)(ding)值(zhi),記(ji)下保(bao)持(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi),根據動(dong)作(zuo)或(huo)(huo)保(bao)持(chi)情(qing)況,判(pan)定(ding)(ding)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的好(hao)壞。

 注意事項

1.通電前,各輸出端子不應接有負載,調壓器復(fu)零位(wei),“輸出控制”開(kai)關(guan)應在關(guan)斷(duan)位(wei)置。

2.電(dian)壓輸出端(duan)子不(bu)可帶低(di)阻(zu)負載(zai),以免過流導致發熱。

3.輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)和主回(hui)路(lu)每次只(zhi)能輸出(chu)其中的一種(zhong)量。

4.輔回(hui)路和主回(hui)路同時(shi)輸出時(shi),應選(xuan)擇主回(hui)路輸出電(dian)流(liu)。

5.貯存、運輸使(shi)用過程中,應注意防(fang)震、防(fang)潮、避免劇烈沖擊和(he)跌落損(sun)傷。
