1.原理說明

儀(yi)器分(fen)為主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)和輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)兩(liang)個回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu),主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)大旋(xuan)(xuan)鈕(niu)調節(jie),輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)小旋(xuan)(xuan)鈕(niu)調節(jie),主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)通過(guo)面板(ban)上(shang)(shang)“輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)選擇”按鍵開關控(kong)制(zhi)其(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)各種(zhong)量,并且每切換一(yi)種(zhong)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)同時(shi),儀(yi)器上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)數字(zi)電壓/電流表可(ke)自動監視其(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)值。輔(fu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)通過(guo)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)開關控(kong)制(zhi)直接調節(jie)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu),測(ce)量可(ke)外附萬用(yong)(yong)表測(ce)量。

1.1主回路原理

1.2輔回路

與主回(hui)路(lu)(lu)一樣,AC220V電(dian)源(yuan)經保(bao)險進入(ru)雙(shuang)碳刷調壓器T1小旋鈕調節的電(dian)壓量(liang),通過隔離變壓器T4可(ke)直接調節輸出0-20V或0-250V交流(liu)電(dian)壓或0-350V直流(liu)電(dian)壓,此回(hui)路(lu)(lu)額定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A。按(an)下輔回(hui)路(lu)(lu)“輸出控(kong)制”開(kai)關(guan),調節小旋鈕即可(ke)輸出。

1.3測量回路

    由大(da)旋鈕調節的主回路(lu)輸出量交流“0-250V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”、“0-100A”,直(zhi)流“0-350V”、“0-500mA”、“0-10A”通過設(she)備內線路(lu)板上繼(ji)電器轉換,每切換一個檔(dang)(dang),便(bian)函可監(jian)視所對應的輸出量。其中“0-500mA”檔(dang)(dang)包括在(zai)“0-10A”檔(dang)(dang)中。使用時,在(zai)“0-10A”兩(liang)下(xia)即(ji)是(shi)“0-500mA”監(jian)視。

1.4時間測量

    設備內(nei)置6位數顯(xian)秒(miao)(miao)(miao)表(biao)(biao),電秒(miao)(miao)(miao)表(biao)(biao)可內(nei)部啟(qi)動(dong),也可外部啟(qi)動(dong)。內(nei)部啟(qi)動(dong)時(shi),按下“輸出控(kong)制”開關(guan),即(ji)可啟(qi)動(dong)秒(miao)(miao)(miao)表(biao)(biao),通過接點(dian)短(duan)接設備面板上(shang)停表(biao)(biao)端子即(ji)可停止秒(miao)(miao)(miao)表(biao)(biao)。秒(miao)(miao)(miao)表(biao)(biao)單獨設有電源開關(guan),不用時(shi)可將(jiang)秒(miao)(miao)(miao)表(biao)(biao)關(guan)掉。

使用方法

1.使用前的檢查(cha)或(huo)準(zhun)備

   儀(yi)器使用(yong)前應(ying)先進行外觀檢查,并將三芯電(dian)源線接地(di)端可靠接地(di),然(ran)后儀(yi)器試通電(dian),此時兩表(biao)頭應(ying)為亮態(tai),試開(kai)(kai)秒表(biao)電(dian)源開(kai)(kai)關,秒表(biao)開(kai)(kai)關應(ying)正常。用(yong)手觸(chu)按“輸出(chu)選擇(ze)”按鈕開(kai)(kai)關,輸出(chu)狀態(tai)狀態(tai)指示(shi)燈應(ying)自左向右選擇(ze)正常。

2.主回路電壓輸出(chu)操(cao)作

   將(jiang)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)選(xuan)擇(ze)在“AC0-250V”檔,按(an)下(xia)試驗箱右下(xia)角主回(hui)路“輸(shu)出(chu)控制(zhi)開(kai)關(guan)”,緩慢(man)調節調壓器大旋(xuan)鈕,此(ci)時電壓/電流(liu)表應有“0-250V”交流(liu)電壓顯示。要(yao)輸(shu)出(chu)“DC0-350V”,將(jiang)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態(tai)選(xuan)擇(ze)在“DC0-350V”檔,調節方法(fa)同(tong)上(shang)。

3.主(zhu)回路電流(liu)輸(shu)出操作

   將(jiang)輸(shu)出狀態選擇在“AC0-10A”檔(dang),按下主(zhu)回路“輸(shu)出控制開關(guan)”緩慢調節壓器大旋鈕(niu),此時,電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表應有“0-10A”電(dian)流顯示,其他電(dian)流調節類同此方法。

4.輔回路輸出操作

   按下輔(fu)回路“輸(shu)出(chu)控制(zhi)”開關,緩慢調節小(xiao)旋鈕,在(zai)輔(fu)回路輸(shu)出(chu)端子上即有AC“0-20V”、“0-250V”、DC“0-350V”輸(shu)出(chu),此輸(shu)出(chu)不在(zai)電(dian)壓(ya)/電(dian)流表監(jian)視(shi)。

5.使用方法舉例

5.1電壓繼電器吸合及(ji)釋放試驗(yan)

   先(xian)將儀(yi)器處于準備狀態,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器線圈接至對(dui)應電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓輸(shu)(shu)出端子上(shang),按(an)下(xia)“輸(shu)(shu)出控(kong)制(zhi)”開關,緩慢調節大旋(xuan)鈕,使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓平穩上(shang)升(sheng),至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器吸(xi)(xi)合時(shi),記(ji)(ji)錄吸(xi)(xi)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,再反方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)調節大旋(xuan)鈕,至繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器釋(shi)放,記(ji)(ji)錄下(xia)釋(shi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,據(ju)此(ci)可算出被(bei)試(shi)(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器返回(hui)系數。如被(bei)試(shi)(shi)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器為過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器,則反方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)進行。

5.2電(dian)流繼電(dian)器整定(ding)值試(shi)驗

   將被試繼電(dian)器(qi)從線路上解除,接至(zhi)本儀器(qi)電(dian)流輸(shu)出(chu)端子上,選擇合適的輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流檔,比如“0-10A”或“0-100A”檔,按下“輸(shu)出(chu)控制”開關,緩慢調節(jie)大旋鈕至(zhi)繼電(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作,觀察(cha)電(dian)壓/電(dian)流表(biao)數值,判斷繼電(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作情況。

5.3時間(jian)繼電器延時時間(jian)的測定

   將被(bei)試(shi)繼電(dian)器(qi)接(jie)至輸出端(duan)子(zi)上(根據繼電(dian)器(qi)要(yao)(yao)求確定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)交流(liu)或直流(liu)),調至額定(ding)動(dong)作值(zhi),停(ting)電(dian)復(fu)原。秒(miao)表(biao)此時(shi)(shi)應接(jie)通電(dian)源并清零(ling),被(bei)試(shi)繼電(dian)器(qi)延時(shi)(shi)動(dong)合(he)觸(chu)點(dian)接(jie)至停(ting)表(biao)端(duan)上,按下“輸出控制”開關,繼電(dian)器(qi)線圈得到(dao)額定(ding)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya),并同時(shi)(shi)啟動(dong)秒(miao)表(biao),待延時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)過后,秒(miao)表(biao)計數停(ting)止(zhi),此時(shi)(shi)秒(miao)表(biao)所示數字即(ji)為(wei)該時(shi)(shi)間(jian)繼電(dian)器(qi)的延時(shi)(shi)閉合(he)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),若要(yao)(yao)測延時(shi)(shi)釋(shi)放時(shi)(shi)則原理同前,實際(ji)接(jie)線反之。

5.4中(zhong)間繼(ji)電器試驗(帶保持(chi)線圈)

  確定(ding)(ding)被(bei)試(shi)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)為何(he)種(zhong)動(dong)作形式(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作),何(he)種(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)形式(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)保(bao)持(chi))。以(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保(bao)持(chi)為例(直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)),選(xuan)擇(ze)好(hao)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出檔(0-500mA或(huo)0-10A),按下“輸(shu)出控制”開關,緩(huan)慢調節大旋鈕至繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)動(dong)作,記下動(dong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),再把輔回路輸(shu)出接至繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)保(bao)持(chi)線圈端,緩(huan)慢調節小(xiao)旋鈕至繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)額定(ding)(ding)值(zhi),記下保(bao)持(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi),根據動(dong)作或(huo)保(bao)持(chi)情況(kuang),判定(ding)(ding)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的好(hao)壞。

 注意事項

1.通電前,各輸出端子不(bu)應接有(you)負(fu)載,調壓器復零位(wei),“輸出控制”開(kai)關(guan)應在關(guan)斷位(wei)置。

2.電壓(ya)輸(shu)出端子不可帶低(di)阻負載,以免過流導致發熱。

3.輔回路和主回路每次只(zhi)能(neng)輸(shu)出其中的一種量。

4.輔回路和主(zhu)回路同時輸(shu)(shu)出時,應選擇主(zhu)回路輸(shu)(shu)出電流。

5.貯存(cun)、運輸使用過(guo)程中,應注意防震、防潮(chao)、避免劇烈沖擊和(he)跌落損傷。
